Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 2 years of related experience, or Master's Degree and 0–2 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Documentation and requirements tracking experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
• Ability to maintain and follow documented processes and procedures.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain documentation through the development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a team-centric, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyses performed at all levels to include concept, design, scenario generation, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and post-test results.
• Maintain both hardware and software baseline documentation and contract requirements fulfillment.
• Technical analysis, system integration, verification and validation, and \"supportability and effectiveness\" analyses for total OPIR systems.
• Special focus on process automation to support the Ground Test Integrated Simulation System (GTISS) architecture, design, and implementation within the OPIR framework.
• Will define the next generation of Ground Testing and working with the latest technology to enable mission success.
