Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, test, and deploy models across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments. You will lead deployment pipelines, select architectures, and ensure secure, scalable data pipelines for mission-critical AI solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, model evaluation, and MLOps, with TS/SCI clearance and a strong problem-solving mindset to deliver impactful outcomes for mission partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML engineering.
• Experience with Python or Rust.
• Experience developing, training, validating, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience optimizing AI/ML models.
• Knowledge of computing, storage, and networking for training and inference.
• Knowledge of model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to design and implement model deployment pipelines and MLOps.
• Ability to monitor for drift and performance issues.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED with 6+ years, or Bachelor's with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, optimize, and operationalize AI models across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments.
• Develop robust deployment pipelines and integrate models with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, cloud and network architects, and ISSE partners.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks and guide feature engineering and retraining cycles.
