Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least four years relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of fundraising experience, including special events planning and donor cultivation.
• Experience managing and motivating volunteers.
• Ability to develop and balance multiple relationships and drive results.
• Superior persuasive writing and presentation skills to articulate the mission and activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage, train, and support volunteers in school and community programs.
• Implement a strategy for securing sustainable local funding through events and grants.
• Identify, cultivate, and develop volunteers for donor solicitation and stewardship.
• Plan and execute major fundraising events to meet revenue goals.
• Develop public presence and relationships with local groups and funders.
