Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Transition-to-Production Test Architect for the Next Generation Short Range Interceptor program in the Land and Air Defense Systems. You will lead test solutions to improve producibility and scale production to 200–500 missiles per year in LRIP and 1100 missiles per year at FRP.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop test strategies, and align with Operations and Engineering leadership to meet reliability, compliance, and long-term production goals while pursuing

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering, systems integration, systems testing, verification, or validation.
• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Test Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic oversight across cross-functional Operations, Engineering, and Test Equipment teams.
• Lead development and deployment of test solutions, process automation, and design-for-producibility improvements.
• Craft end-to-end production test architecture strategy from concept to verification.
• Partner with Operations and program leadership to ensure test capabilities meet production scale and compliance.
