PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Missile Defense Systems Analyst – Architecture and Assessment to support Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role analyzes next‑generation missile-defense architectures and system‑of‑systems assessments, evaluating concepts, sensor and interceptor performance, and C2 options using models such as GTRI Benchmark and AFSIM. Duties include architecture trade studies, performance assessments, and capability gap analyses; simulate engagements with Benchmark/AFSIM; develop analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform architecture trade studies, system performance assessments and capability gap analyses for missile defense systems.
• Utilize Benchmark model to simulate ballistic and hypersonic threat engagements and evaluate system performance across multiple mission threads.
• Develop and execute analysis scripts and data post-processing routines using MATLAB and other analytical tools.
• Integrate modeling and simulation results from AFSIM, Benchmark or other environments to inform architecture design decisions.
