Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager for Missile Defense Intelligence & Counterintelligence Support to support our client at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The role leads a diverse team spanning multiple sites and disciplines, ensuring contract success and full compliance with PWS terms.

Required 20+ years of experience, MA/MS in a relevant field, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a field relevant to leading large DoD intelligence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-site team of intelligence analysts, CI officers, cyber and digital forensics specialists, and security personnel across multiple locations.
• Act as primary contractor point of contact for all contract performance and day-to-day management of the contract workforce.
• Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables and compliance with all PWS requirements and terms.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, retention, and personnel management for the contract team.
• Resolve administrative and HR issues for the contract workforce.

Education

Master of Arts / Master of Science in field relevant to leading a complex program in intelligence
