Required 20+ years of experience, MA/MS in a relevant field, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a field relevant to leading large DoD intelligence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-site team of intelligence analysts, CI officers, cyber and digital forensics specialists, and security personnel across multiple locations.
• Act as primary contractor point of contact for all contract performance and day-to-day management of the contract workforce.
• Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables and compliance with all PWS requirements and terms.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, retention, and personnel management for the contract team.
• Resolve administrative and HR issues for the contract workforce.

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Program Manager, Missile Defense Intelligence & Counterintelligence Support to support our client in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-site team of intelligence analysts, technical intelligence engineers, CI officers and analysts, cyber and digital forensics specialists, TSCM technicians, and SCIF and security specialists. The team supports four Intelligence Division locations and several additional MDA sites, including a 24/7 Intelligence Watch Center.
• Serves as the primary contractor point of contact and is the single point of accountability for all aspects of contract performance; responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of the entire contract support team across all disciplines and geographic locations defined in this PWS Primary point of contact for responding to all day-to-day tasks, issues, and planned or unplanned contract modifications
• Provides comprehensive management of contract resources, schedules, and deliverables
• Ensures full compliance with all PWS requirements and contract terms and conditions.
• Manages the timely submission of all contract deliverables (e.g., reports, plans, technical documents)
• Manages all contractor personnel, ensuring all positions are filled with qualified staff who meet or exceed the labor category requirements
• Leads all recruiting, hiring, and retention efforts for the contract team
• Resolves all administrative and human resource issues for the contract workforce

Requirements

• 20+ years managing complex, large programs or projects commensurate with a multi-site DoD intelligence, CI, and security support effort
• Education: Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/MS) in field relevant to leading a complex, large program/project in the intelligence space
• Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility Duty Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL
