Job summary

Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to design, implement, and secure CI/CD pipelines for missile defense software.

The role emphasizes Docker/Podman, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and automation within Linux environments, with an active Secret clearance. You will collaborate with software development and test teams to improve build, integration, and deployment processes, establishing secure baselines and repeatable delivery.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a STEM degree (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Containerization and runtime technologies such as Docker/Podman.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Coverity.
• Unix/Linux experience; understanding of secure software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management.
• Manage containerization with Docker/Podman and related runtimes.
• Configure rootless and rootful containers for appropriate environments.
• Deploy and maintain applications in containerized environments.
• Improve build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Integrate automated testing, static analysis, code quality, and security tools.
• Monitor performance and enhance reliability and availability.
• Maintain security baselines across dev and deployment environments.
• Support credential management and secure automation in pipelines.
