Job summary

Beyond New Horizons seeks an MIS Business Systems Process & Data Automation Developer to design and implement automation across BPLogix and Power Automate at Arnold AFB, TN. You will gather requirements, model business processes, and deliver workflow-driven solutions that streamline operations and integrate disparate systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, process design, and hands-on automation, with exposure to Agile and Six Sigma in a defense contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field with extensive experience in business analysis or systems engineering.
• 10+ years in business analysis, project management, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 2+ years in government/DoD contractor environment.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; design BPLogix or Power Automate workflows.
• Develop automated low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile and Six Sigma where appropriate.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a federal contracting setting.
