Job summary

Beyond New Horizons (BNH) is seeking an MIS Business Systems Process & Data Automation Developer to support TOS II at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. You will analyze, design, and implement low-code solutions using BPLogix Process Director and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline government business processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in business analysis or systems engineering, with DoD experience and the ability to obtain an active DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Alternative: Associate degree with 12+ years experience or high school diploma with 14+ years experience.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering, process analysis, and continuous improvement.
• 2+ years in government/federal contractor environment and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Two years in software or process automation or four years in IT systems administration / development.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design solutions using BPLogix or Power Automate.
• Develop automated flows and Power Apps applications to connect systems.
• Monitor, refine, and improve automated processes using Agile/Six Sigma concepts.
• Facilitate cross‑functional teams to deliver automation projects on time.
• Wear PPE as required and perform other duties as needed.
