Job summary

Arab Bank seeks a reporting and MIS specialist to provide accurate analyses for the Head of Direct Sales and supply timely reports on CB products and portfolio performance. You will develop reports, validate results, and collaborate with IT to improve data quality and utilization for business reporting.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel/Access, and understanding of banking products and processes.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in preparing and reporting MIS.
• Expert in MS Office with advanced Excel & Access skills.
• Full knowledge of banks products, process and system information.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate reports and analysis as required by Head of Direct Sales.
• Provide periodic reports on all CB products and the portfolio as a whole as required by the department.
• Provide ad-hoc reports required by Head of Direct Sales.
• Results are to be analyzed and validated at all times.
• Constantly improve produce and analyze reports and templates based on CB Country business requirements.
• Specific product analysis historical patterns and campaigns tracking to continuously support revenue generating process.
• Understand financial and analytical information of all Direct Sales.
• Coordinate with the IT department on database issues in order to enhance the quality accuracy and the utilization of the CB raw data into business reports.
• Always highlight any major opportunities and or challenges during the analysis phase.
• Min 2 years of experience in preparing and reporting MIS.
