Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a dedicated Material Handler II to join the Order Fulfillment team in a high-growth environment. You will help maintain warehouse stock, verify shipments, and process orders to support nonstop production and profitability targets.

This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams to sustain production and drive downstream success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant shipping/receiving/inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and Microsoft Office products is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments to meet quality specifications.
• Verify shipments meet customer order requirements and generate labels.
• Coordinate international shipping and customs documentation as needed.
• Receive, store, and issue materials; fulfill production orders as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage locations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all areas; support team goals.
