Job summary

Cygnus Technologies is seeking a Materials Handler II to support our Order Fulfillment team. You will help maintain warehouse stock and fulfill orders to support growth and profitability targets, acting as a daily contact for operations with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Commercial.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, and/or inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and MS Office preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and work well in a team.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Verify shipments meet customer order requirements and package finished goods.
• Coordinate international shipping and customs documentation as needed.
• Receive materials and issue materials; fulfill production orders as required.
• Maintain inventory by labeling, locating materials, and recording locations.
• Identify and locate materials listed on production orders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and organized inventory system.
• Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.
