Job summary

Mayzon is seeking a Material Handler II to move and track materials to support production and distribution. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, process BOMs, and ensure accurate inventory in ERP systems.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across multiple work areas. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, proficient in material flow, and capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling role.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification as required).
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, supplies, and finished goods between workstations, storage areas, and shipping locations.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (as applicable).
• Move materials through production processes to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
• Generate and process production tickets, labels, and related documentation.
• Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and other production documents.
• Perform inventory transactions, including issuing materials, returning unused materials, and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Support inventory control processes and ensure data accuracy in ERP or related systems.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Properly dispose of scrap materials and packaging waste.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
