Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Material Handler II to support Mercy Health System through accurate material flow, receiving, stocking, and routing of orders within the Consolidated Services Center. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and adherence to our mission and ethics while maintaining a clean work environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and familiarity with WMS and computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role required.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computers.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality, including rotation and expiration date management.
• Verifies products, quantities, and label integrity.
• Notifies item maintenance and updates Load Unit of Measure when required.
• Operates across inbound and outbound duties including receiving, sorting, replenishing, and cycle counting.
• Maintains accuracy relative to established standards for Materials Handler II.
• Demonstrates knowledge of lot-controlled and expiration-date product handling.
