Job summary

Communication Methods, LLC is seeking a responsible and collaborative cleaning professional to assist our customers by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and orderliness across facilities.

This part-time position offers multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd, school hours, weekends, summers) with company-provided training on site. A health and welfare benefit is provided for eligible hours and the role reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition commissary’s work, store, office and restroom areas.
• Requirements: Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and waxing & polishing floors.
• Dusting equipment, furniture, store shelves or fixtures.
• Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; minor maintenance.
• Cleaning lavatories and restrooms.

Job Skills / Requirements

Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition commissary’s work, store, office and restroom areas. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and waxing & polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, store shelves or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; minor maintenance; and cleaning lavatories, and restrooms. Requirements: Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

As a service contract act employee, you will also receive an additional health and welfare benefit of $4.93 per hour, up to 40 hours per week.
