The Los Angeles Dodgers LLC are seeking a Minor League Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate injured minor league players with evidence-based return-to-play progressions. The role is full-time in the Phoenix/Glendale area, collaborating with Sports Medicine and Performance teams to ensure continuity of care.

Candidates should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy, have 5+ years of clinical experience, an active AZ license, and experience with overhead throwing athletes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active physical therapy license in Arizona or eligibility.
• Experience with baseball/sports medicine or athletic settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat, and progress rehabilitation plans for injured players.
• Develop daily treatment and corrective exercise plans.
• Coordinate return-to-play progress with Sports Medicine and Performance staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records in AHMS/EMR systems.
