Ideal candidates hold a DPT, Arizona license, and have experience working with athletes in sports medicine or high-performance settings.

Qualifications

• DPT required and license in Arizona.
• Experience with athletes in sports medicine or high-performance settings.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehab principles.
• Ability to develop individualized rehab and return-to-play plans.
• Experience in professional baseball or sports preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply rehabilitation standards and philosophy across the Minor League system.
• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate players with collaboration from medical staff.
• Design baseball-specific rehab programs and return-to-play progressions.
• Assist with return-to-play decisions using objective data and athlete feedback.
• Monitor progress with objective measures and benchmarks.
• Communicate injury updates to leadership and staff daily.
• Assist with post-injury care and coordination with providers.
• Travel for physician appointments and player care as needed.
