Job summary

The Texas Rangers are seeking a highly motivated Minor League Physical Therapist to join the Performance department in Surprise, AZ. You will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate players, aligning with rehabilitation standards across the Minor League system.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, professional communication, and ability to thrive in a high-performance environment. Travel and evenings may be required during the baseball season.

Qualifications

• DPT required and licensed in AZ or eligibility.
• Experience with athletes in sports medicine/elite sports.
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries, design rehab plans, and guide return-to-play.
• Collaborate with athletic trainers, physicians, and sport scientists.
• Maintain consistent rehabilitation standards across the Minor League system.
