Job summary

Archi-Pix is seeking a driven outside sales professional to serve as the face of Archi-Pix in Minnesota and the Fargo/Moorhead region. You will build relationships with real estate offices, deliver presentations, and represent the company at industry events.

The role is field-based across multiple cities, requiring frequent travel and strong networking. Base salary plus uncapped commissions offers significant growth potential as you expand a key regional market.

Qualifications

• Proven outside/field sales experience in real estate, professional services, or B2B is required.
• Ability to manage a large multi-city territory independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for front-facing representation at events and brokerages.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as travel is frequent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face of Archi-Pix across Minnesota and Fargo/Moorhead.
• Visit real estate offices daily, present Archi-Pix offerings, and drop promotional materials.
• Hold in-office sales meetings and weekly brokerage presentations.
• Attend industry events (golf outings, galas, happy hours, networking).
• Cold call and follow up with pipeline prospects when not in-person.
• Build relationships with principals and decision-makers at key brokerages.
• Network with leadership across major brokerages and brands in the region.

About Archi-Pix

Archi-Pix is a real estate media company specializing in professional listing photography, video, and related services for agents and brokerages. We are expanding our presence across Minnesota and the Fargo/Moorhead market and are looking for a driven, professional salesperson to serve as the face of Archi-Pix in the region.

Role Overview

This is a highly active outside sales role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and representing Archi-Pix at brokerages and industry events across Minnesota and the Fargo/Moorhead area. You will spend the majority of your time in the field-visiting real estate offices, delivering presentations, attending events, and developing long-term partnerships with agents and brokerage leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face of Archi-Pix throughout the territory, including Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Mankato, Rochester, Duluth, Bemidji, Fargo, and Moorhead
• Conduct daily in-person office visits and flyer drop-offs at real estate brokerages across the territory
• Hold in-office sales meetings and weekly brokerage presentations
• Attend and actively participate in weekly industry events (golf outings, galas, happy hours, networking events, etc.)
• Cold call and follow up with pipeline prospects when not engaged in in-person activities
• Develop strong relationships with principals and decision-makers at key Minnesota brokerages and VIP client groups (including groups such as Schuster, Butcher, Edina Realty, Splinter Group, and others)
• Network with leadership across major brokerages and brands throughout Minnesota and the Fargo/Moorhead market
• Identify potential partnership opportunities and actively pursue them
• Consistently build and manage a sales pipeline while meeting activity and revenue goals

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in outside/field sales, business development, or territory sales (real estate, professional services, or B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with high-volume in-person activity, cold outreach, and relationship building at the principal level
• Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills suitable for representing the brand at events and with brokerage leadership
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a large geographic territory independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (significant daily and multi-city driving required)
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the full territory (Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Mankato, Rochester, Duluth, Bemidji, Fargo, and Moorhead)
• Experience attending or hosting industry events (golf, networking, etc.) is a plus
