West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe and effective installations of replacement windows and exterior doors while adhering to SOPs and PPE protocols. The role involves traveling to customer homes, building rapport, and delivering a 5-star experience.

Work is Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM from the Minneapolis area; compensation is hourly with a strong benefits package including health, retirement, HSA, PTO, and ongoing training.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
