West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Residential Remodeler to support safe, high‑quality installations of windows, doors, and other remodeling projects. You will load materials, travel to jobs, greet customers, and maintain a clean, respectful job site.

The role requires basic carpentry and construction knowledge, using hand and power tools, with a valid driver's license. You must log into company systems via two‑factor authentication using a smartphone.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
