Job summary

Youth Dynamics, a long-standing Christian ministry, seeks a full-time Business Manager to oversee the business side of the ministry. You will manage booking/contracting systems, billing, QuickBooks accounting, development, and insurances in a professional manner to support fundraising and ministry goals.

The role requires leadership of the Business Team, partnership with the Finance Department, and active involvement in local management.

Qualifications

Active and growing relationships with Christ and willingness to sign Youth Dynamics Statement of Faith.
Work independently and within a team to reach organizational goals.
A degree in Business or a related field and 3+ years of related experience.
Time management: plan, deadlines and avoid last-minute rushes.
Administration: proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and office apps.
Experience in bookkeeping and business systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the Business Team meetings, ensuring values are lived out.
Manage booking/contracting (Salesforce) systems and develop the team’s strategic plan and budget.
Maintain ministry financial books and QuickBooks with Finance Director; manage accounts receivable/payable.
Participate on the local Management Team and collaborate with Finance Department.
