Job summary

Crossway seeks a Ministry Licensing Coordinator to provide operational and project-management support for licensing initiatives, especially in under-resourced languages and frontier publishing markets. You will guide projects from inquiry to contracting, file delivery, publication, and reporting, while serving licensees and ministry partners daily.

Qualifications

• ON-SITE position.
• College degree or equivalent 3-5 years of professional work experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize a significant volume of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with international partners.
• Ability to exercise discretion, maintain accurate records, and manage confidential or contractual information appropriately.
• Publishing, licensing, international ministry, project-management, or related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
