Crossway seeks a Ministry Licensing Coordinator to provide operational and project-management support for licensing initiatives, especially in under-resourced languages and frontier publishing markets. Qualifications

• ON-SITE position.
• College degree or equivalent 3-5 years of professional work experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize a significant volume of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with international partners.
• Ability to exercise discretion, maintain accurate records, and manage confidential or contractual information appropriately.
• Publishing, licensing, international ministry, project-management, or related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.

Job description

The Ministry Licensing Coordinator provides operational and project-management support for Crossway’s ministry-oriented licensing initiatives, particularly in under-resourced languages and frontier international publishing markets. The Coordinator helps move projects from initial inquiry through contracting, file delivery, publication, and reporting while serving the day-to-day needs of licensees and ministry partners.

• High organizational skills, thoroughness, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach to partner relationships.
• Ability to learn licensing processes and contractual requirements, work collaboratively across departments, identify problems proactively, and follow through on commitments.
