Job summary

A degree and 5+ years in related fields are preferred; familiarity with evangelical Christian publishing is a plus. Strong contract focus and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years in administration, sales, communications, business, law, or a related field.
• Experience with licensing, permissions, rights, or contract administration is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the Bible and a personal interest in Scripture, with evangelical theology understanding.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with partners and colleagues across departments.
• Relational, customer-service orientation with ability to identify win-win opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Turn requests into outcomes by screening and guiding licensing inquiries and decisions.
• Grow partnerships by researching potential licensors and guiding processes through approval.
• Build license agreements from templates and apply terms accurately as guidelines change.
• Monitor compliance, renewals and royalty reporting, and maintain licensing archives.
• Manage incoming licenses across Bibles, Spanish, and children's publishing.
• Coordinate with internal teams on assets, workflow, and reporting.
• Keep brand guidelines current and clearly communicated to partners.
• Support publishing leadership with research, contracts and trademark work.
