Qualifications

• Assist with creation and maintenance of training materials and process documentation.
• Document workflow improvements and operational best practices.
• Participate in ministry service strategy meetings and related events.
• Collaborate across departments on assigned projects and process improvements.
• Support Salesforce-based initiatives and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating training materials, job aids, and processes.
• Document and research workflow improvements and best practices.
• Attend ministry strategy meetings and LCMS conferences if applicable.
• Support resources and programs that improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Ministry Engagement and other departments on projects.
