During the internship, you will develop team resources, presentations, and communications, support project planning and tracking, and shadow vendor and internal stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, Health Care Management or related major.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Solutions team priorities and cross-functional projects.
• Organize and document product and vendor processes.
• Analyze information to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop team resources, presentations, and communications.
• Support project planning and tracking.
• Shadow vendor and internal stakeholder discussions.
• Final projects will be selected based on 2027 priorities and provide exposure to product strategy, vendor management, benefit administration, and cross-functional collaboration.
