Concordia Plan Services in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Ministry Engagement Intern to support process improvements, training effectiveness, and data-driven decision making within the Ministry Engagement Team.
The intern will assist with Salesforce activities, create training materials, document workflows, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners on projects that enhance team efficiency and ministry service excellence.

Reports to the Enablement Manager on the Ministry Engagement Team
The Ministry Engagement Intern will support initiatives that improve team efficiency, training effectiveness, process documentation, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will partner with the Enablement Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to assist with projects related to Salesforce, training materials, workflow documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
