Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance carrier, benefit consulting and/or experience with health insurance pricing and renewal process preferred.
• Experience with health plan markets and small group renewal, pricing and actuarial principles.

Aufgaben

• Leads development and implementation of strategic plans focused on CHP membership growth, retention, and wellness engagement.
• Drives data-informed decision-making through CRM utilization and market intelligence to identify opportunities and client value.
• Establishes partnerships with key stakeholders to align product strategy, pricing, and service delivery.
• Collaborates with Product Solutions, Marketing, and Actuarial teams to enhance product offerings and ensure wellness solutions reflect needs of ministries and members.
• Consults with clients on benefit funding strategies, pricing methodologies, plan structure, and long-term wellness objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Facilitates health education programs and regional outreach initiatives to promote healthier communities.
• Serves as trusted advisor to executive leadership, board members, district presidents, and ministry decision-makers.
• Supports the development and execution of training resources and member education initiatives to promote informed health benefit usage.
• Contributes to strategic account management of high-value clients and lead or co-lead health care strategy discussions.
