Schaeffler Group USA Inc. is seeking a Mining Specialist to grow aftermarket mining sales in Eastern Wyoming and Southern Montana. The role focuses on bearings, lubrication, services, maintenance tools and condition monitoring products, with extensive field involvement.

The candidate will build end-user relationships, provide in-field technical support, and map operations to deliver effective solutions for mining customers across the region.

Qualificações

• Experience in mining and mineral processing industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to map equipment and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Grow mining and mineral processing sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with end-users, repair shops, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Engage maintenance, reliability, operations, and purchasing to build trust.
• Identify customer operations and apply Schaeffler solutions.
• Provide in-field technical support and training.
• Map equipment and processes and interface needs with sales.
