PT Petrosea Tbk is seeking a Mining Foreman/Supervisor to monitor, control, and supervise mining production resources to achieve targets in line with project parameters. You will identify hazards, implement safety procedures, and lead a team of foremen, operators, technicians, and unskilled personnel in BMP-driven short-term planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years as a mining foreman (or 3 years as supervisor), strong leadership, and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years as mining foreman or 3 years as mining supervisor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with mining software.
• Willingness to be placed at all company locations.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet project needs.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, control and supervise mining production resources to meet targets.
• Identify hazards and risks and implement safety procedures per the Safety Management Plan.
• Develop and implement short-term mine execution plans using the BMP process.
• Supervise foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel shift-by-shift.
• Identify development and training needs for field personnel.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ISO-aligned standards.
