Job summary

PT Petrosea Tbk in the United States is seeking a Project Engineer to prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan, review progress, and ensure all documents conform to company standards and procedures. The position requires at least 1 year of project engineering experience, strong cost control, and English fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
At least 1 year of experience as Project Engineer is required.
Experience in mineral sector with international subcontractors is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles.
Willing to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze anomalies, variances or non-compliances in operating costs and propose corrective actions.
Provide recommendations on operating cost reports based on budget/forecast vs actuals.
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast to support project objectives.
Implement and maintain budgeting and costing processes to achieve department targets.
Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to meet ISO/SMK3/ISO standards and requirements.
