Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking an experienced Study Manager to lead front-end mining studies and guide multidisciplinary teams through early to feasibility stages in Mesa, Arizona. You will coordinate scope, budget, schedules, and risk, delivering practical, scalable solutions for base metals, precious metals and energy transition minerals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field along with 10+ years in mining and 8+ years in ESP, plus strong presentation skills and ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy or related field.
• 10+ years in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry.
• 8+ years in Engineering Services Project (ESP) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining studies from order-of-magnitude (OOM), conceptual and prefeasibility through feasibility stages.
• Manage study scope, budget, schedule and quality to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, technology providers, regulators and project stakeholders.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality study outcomes and recommendations.
