This non-exempt, salary role reports to the Yukon Regional Director and requires relocation or residence in the Palmer area. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on mechanical work in mining/industrial settings, and mentoring of crew members while coordinating project bids and service calls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in industrial mechanical, construction, millwright, or pipefitting fields.
• Must have MSHA/OSHA safety certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct site project management with safety focus.
• Direct crews: oversight, scheduling, timekeeping, disciplinary actions.
• Assist in project bidding and sales functions.
• Perform skilled mechanical work in mining and industrial settings.
• Read blueprints and apply construction plans.
• Train and mentor group members.
