Job summary

System One is seeking a Planning Lead – SME to provide expert leadership in planning, scheduling, and governance for mining projects. The role focuses on schedule assurance, critical path analysis, risk assessments, and mentoring planning staff.

The position requires experience in project controls within mining or major capital projects, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and produce reliable reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital projects).
• Experience in mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
