Job summary

System One is seeking a Project Controls Lead for mining projects in Bagdad, Arizona. This onsite contract role focuses on planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting, with strong emphasis on risk management and governance oversight.

The candidate will manage cost and schedule performance, forecast trends, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Overview

The Project Controls Lead is responsible for overseeing planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk management activities for mining projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project controls experience in mining, EPCM, or major capital projects.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project controls software and reporting systems.
