Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher engineering degree with relevance to heavy industrial projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and budget management abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and MS Office for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track and update project master schedule and monthly contractor schedules.
• Prepare progress, cost, and cash flow reports for stakeholders.
• Review contractor proposals and change orders for cost impact.
• Ensure safety and environmental awareness across all project activities.
• Communicate clearly with multi-disciplinary teams and document findings.
