Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines, based in Carlin, NV, seeks a Process Operations General Supervisor to lead a team of front-line supervisors in safe, efficient operation of processing facilities. You will drive performance management, training, and engagement while delivering Health & Safety, Environment, Production and Cost objectives.

Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, you will champion Zero Harm principles, coordinate with support functions, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive experience preferred.
• 7+ years related experience preferred.
• 6+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line supervisors to ensure safe, efficient processing facility operations.
• Develop training plans and mentor leaders-in-development.
• Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety and Environment; manage risk at the front line.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to plan maintenance and capital projects.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, onboarding of operators and corrective actions as needed.
