Job summary

Cementation USA is seeking a maintenance planner to lead the upkeep of project facilities. You will collaborate with the EPCM team and contractors to ensure maintenance is properly tracked and executed, with a focus on equipment reliability and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, plus knowledge of mining safety standards. You will develop maintenance plans, monitor work orders, and ensure OEM practices are applied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of trades and maintenance planning experience.
• MSHA Underground Certification is required.
• Trade certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Mechanical Leaders with equipment maintenance.
• Develop, update, and monitor the Maintenance Program.
• Ensure a Maintenance Plan for all equipment.
• Track performance metrics and report findings.
• Audit contractor maintenance programs.
• Define and monitor key maintenance processes.
