Job summary

Integra Resources Corp. seeks an IT Systems Technician to join the Florida Canyon Mine team in Imlay, NV. This second-level IT role supports site network, servers and end-user systems, providing backup coverage for the IT Systems Engineer and keeping a 24/7 operation productive and secure.

You will deploy and administer IT tools, participate in infrastructure projects, and deliver excellent customer service in a mining environment. Prior experience in IT support and M365 is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT support or systems administration experience (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi and VPN; managed switches.
• Experience resolving escalated technical issues independently.
• Experience with a ticketing/ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+; Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator or Modern Desktop.
• Mining/24/7 operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, network and account issues.
• Provide end user support in person, by phone, email, chat and remote sessions.
• Log, prioritize, track and close requests and incidents; keep users informed.
• Support Microsoft 365 and line-of-business apps.
• Escalate issues beyond role scope with documentation.
• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory and endpoint mgmt tools.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network equipment and VPNs.
• Perform maintenance, patching and backup checks per procedures.
• Participate in site infrastructure projects and on-call rotation.
• Create/modify user accounts and assign permissions.
• Image, configure and retire computers and mobile devices.
• Write/maintain technical docs and how-to guides.
• Follow cybersecurity policies and assist security improvements.
• Train users on tools and IT best practices.
