Source Energy Services seeks Heavy Equipment Operators to join the Blair, WI mining team. You will operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers and more on day shifts within a 2-2-3 schedule, contributing to a safety‑driven, growth‑oriented culture.

Starting pay is $23/hour with a $2,500 signing bonus and a monthly bonus program. Eligible benefits include health/dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, boot reimbursement and on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment experience preferred (loader, haul truck, skid steer, dozer).
