Job summary

Tjader & Highstrom Utility Services, LLC is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to safely operate backhoes, trackhoes, skid steers, loaders and related gear on Wisconsin construction sites.

The role requires prior equipment experience, ability to follow instructions, and a CDL Class A. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after six months of employment, with weekly pay, PTO and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of required safety training and ability to read instructions clearly.
• Must be able to obtain CDL Class A license.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates backhoes, trackhoes, skid steers, loaders and other equipment.
• Identifies utilities in construction areas and digs trenches as directed.
• Restores disturbed areas and participates in safety meetings.
• Maintains equipment and reports hazards or incidents immediately.
• Occasionally performs laborer duties after operating duties conclude.
