Job summary

Source Energy Services is seeking a dedicated operator to run heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators. Responsibilities include inspections, reporting, and equipment care.

Pay & Perks

• $23/hour starting pay (minimal experience)
• Higher pay for experienced operators
• $3/hour night shift differential

Schedule

• 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
• Work only half the month
• Built-in days off + predictable rotation
