Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Fire Protection System Seller for the Mining Division. This role focuses on selling fire suppression systems for mining equipment and facilities, while understanding customer needs to recommend tailored protection solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fire suppression sales, mining experience, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites and industry events is required; NICET/OEM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years’ experience selling Fire Suppression Systems, with proven sales success.
Experience with mining operations or mobile equipment is highly preferred.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills; ability to design and estimate fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

Generate sales of fire suppression systems for mining equipment and facilities.
Build market awareness and prospect major projects in mining fire protection.
Provide technical guidance on NFPA codes, system types, and local standards.
Prepare detailed suppression system proposals with pricing and terms; negotiate with customers.
Travel to customer sites and industry events; collaborate with engineers on customized solutions.
