Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an engineering/mining environment.
• At least 10 years of professional mining experience; budgeting, scheduling, scope management and cost control relevant.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for contract scope development, tendering, and awards.
• Manage third-party Engineering Design Consultants to align with project objectives.
• Develop RFPs for defined project scopes and assist in cost estimates and AFEs.
• Support budgeting for capital, operating, and project costs; oversee field contractors and ensure safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, permitting and construction teams to integrate activities.
• Lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives and foster a safety culture.
