Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in mining, heavy civil, or construction environments is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks.
• Support loading, hauling, and dumping operations.
• Safely maintain pioneer and access roads.
• Load trucks and optimize cycle times.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and daily hazard assessments.
• Maintain equipment and report needs.
