Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Equipment Operators for mining projects across Arizona, Nevada and Idaho. You will run a range of heavy equipment and support production in a safety-focused team environment. Shifts are rotating with 10–12 hours per day.

Qualified candidates have experience with dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks or water trucks, are able to pass drug testing, and hold MSHA Part 48 certification. We offer competitive pay, benefits and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, haul trucks, water trucks, and utility equipment preferred.
• Experience in mining, heavy civil, or construction environments is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks and support equipment.
• Support loading, hauling and dumping operations to maintain production.
• Build and maintain pioneer and access roads in rough terrain.
• Load trucks efficiently and set up dumps to optimize cycle times.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and daily safety assessments.
• Report maintenance needs and communicate with site team.
