Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior maintenance role in heavy industrial or mining environments.
• 2+ years managing maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• 2+ years overseeing maintenance scheduling and workflow functions.
• Experience with safety programs and leading diverse teams.
• Knowledge of mining, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety performance and meet KPIs for the maintenance department.
• Lead mobile equipment maintenance execution and ensure standards are followed.
• Spend 40–60% in the field engaging with crews and reinforcing safety culture.
• Deploy key initiatives and communicate across maintenance teams.
• Maintain safe work environment with proper training and supervision.
• Drive cost performance including forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate to meet and exceed monthly maintenance targets.
