Qualifications

• Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting and equipment reliability programs.
• Strong safety record and proven team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety performance of the Maintenance Department and meet KPIs.
• Lead the execution of mobile equipment maintenance to standards.
• Spend 40–60% of time in the field engaging crews and reinforcing safety.
• Ensure deployment of key initiatives and cross-team communication.
• Maintain a safe work environment through training and supervision.
• Drive cost performance with monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Oversee contractor management and policy compliance.
• Collaborate across functions to meet monthly maintenance targets.
